Direct downloads, though I hope lifeblogger doesn't find out I'm mis-using their service just a little, and that I don't kill their bandwidth. However, with that said, most people don't know of my wp, so this should be alright for now.

Oh, and the service host tends to rename the files quite randomly, but files can always be renamed once they're on your computer.
